Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.  Once processed the order is packed and shipped.  Shipments may take up to 3-7 business days for retrieval after being shipped out.  Each customer will receive a tracking number, to keep track of order(s).      

L'Dior Stylez is not responsible for tracking, lost, or damaged merchandise once shipped.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL...No refunds, No exchanges. No exceptions.  Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size, color, and style of the product wanted.  If for any reason the product is lost or damaged during the shipping process, the customer is responsible for using the tracking number given to file a claim with www.usps.com.
